A unique and poignant film that takes you back in a raw, sensory way to the social angst of adolescence. At a boys' water polo camp, the socially awkward 12-year-old Ben is dragged into a cruel tradition.

To fit in, he joins a popular group of boys who cruelly exclude an outsider with a skin condition and call him ‘the plague’. Although Ben feels uncomfortable with the group’s behavior and feels pity for the victim, he continues to participate out of fear of being excluded himself.
