The Kidnapping of a President

Lieutenant Eero is passed over for promotion yet again and hits the bottle hard. The next morning, he finds out that, without remembering it, he has ordered the kidnapping of the first president of Finland, Ståhlberg. 

The plan is executed by a group of hopelessly clumsy accomplices and goes completely awry right from the start when Ståhlberg's stubborn wife Ester ends up in the back of the car as well. What follows is a hilarious, escalating series of events.
