Dutch as a second language | B2 - part 1
Dutch as a second language (level V) B1 to B2
This course is a continuation of Dutch as a second language (level IV). The course can also be followed by those who have a more than adequate knowledge of Dutch. During the course a number of more complicated topics from grammar are discussed. We further expand the vocabulary on the basis of authentic Dutch texts. Much attention is paid to speaking and writing skills.
Extra information
The course consists of 24 lessons of 90 minutes. Students who attend at least nineteen of the twenty-four lessons can, if desired, receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course. The teacher is Marthe Smit Duyzentkunst.
Starting this year the B1 to B2 course has been divided into two, each covering half the course book. This allows more time to properly master this level. We advise taking the courses in the proposed order: first level V, followed by level VI.

This course covers the second half of the course book De Finale (second edition) - Maud Beersmans and Wim Tersteeg, Boom Publishers (ISBN 9789461055712)
Available, among others, at the Van der Velde bookstore on the Grote Markt or via www.nt2.nl. The costs for teaching materials are not included in the course price.
Hours
Classes are twice a week, on Monday and Wednesday.
Lesson times: 12pm - 2.30pm (afternoon group) or 5.30pm - 7pm (evening group)
The first lesson is on Monday the 6th of January, the last lesson is on Wednesday April 2nd.
