Los Tigres

Brother and sister Antonio and Estrella work as industrial divers for the rugged coast near the Spanish port city of Huelva. Antonio, better known as the Tiger, is fearless and unmatched underwater, but a mess on land. While Estrella sacrifices her own dreams to keep her brother afloat, Antonio’s financial problems and health push them further into a corner.

Then they stumble upon a stash of cocaine, hidden in the hull of a ship. What initially starts as an unexpected rescue quickly turns into a dangerous game that puts their loyalty and family bond to the ultimate test. 

Los Tigres is an exciting Spanish thriller about family ties, loyalty, and sacrifice, directed by Alberto Rodríguez, known for the award-winning film La Isla Mínima. The strong performances and spectacular underwater footage earned Los Tigres several awards, including the Best Cinematography award at the San Sebastián Film Festival.
