Who better than director Lukas Dhont (Girl, Close) can tenderly showcase a budding love amidst the horrors of WW I. A moving story about vulnerability, masculinity, and the courage to remain true to oneself.

1917. Pierre arrives at the front as a new soldier, driven to prove himself in battle. Behind the lines, he meets Francis, who tries to boost the morale of the troops with improvised shows. As the war relentlessly continues, they both try to escape reality, if only for a moment.
