Dream Scenario

Ordinary professor and lonely loser Paul Matthews (Nicolas Cage) becomes a viral celebrity overnight when he suddenly appears in the dreams of millions of people. How and why this happens is a complete mystery to Paul, but he is not angry about it. Students are finally coming to his classes, he is being asked for major brand deals and his relationship with his wife has never been better. But then the nightly apparitions take a dark turn and turn into horrific nightmares. 

Dream Scenario is a dark comedy written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli (Sick of Myself) and producer Ari Aster (Beau Is Afraid, Midsommar, Hereditary). Other familiar faces in the film include Julianne Nicholson (I, Tonya) and Michael Cera (Gloria Bell, Superbad).
