Forum Groningen hosts over 200 events each year, both large and small. We'd like to give you an insight into our approach, so you know what to expect.
1. Let's connect
We invite you to visit Forum Groningen. We'd love to show you around. This gives us the opportunity to discuss all your needs. Our staff specializes in stage technology and loves brainstorming practical solutions.
2. We'll make you an offer you can't refuse
Now that we know what you're looking for, we'll start working on a proposal for the venue and facilities for your event. Our catering partner, Vermaat, will propose the culinary options. Curious about what they can offer? Check out the food brochure (the brochure is in Dutch).
3. Stay tuned
Once you've approved the offer, we'll connect one of our experienced production managers to the event. Four weeks before the event, he or she will go over all the details with you, provide practical tips for a smooth and successful event and be present throughout the event to provide support. Their experience means they know exactly what the best practices are for every event.
