As impressive on the big screen as the first film and again with great music by Kenji Kawai, Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence is a must-see for any anime lover.

Not surprisingly, audiences were a bit wary of Oshii's plans to release a sequel. Fortunately, Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence is certainly just as strong as its predecessor. When some gynoids - female sex robots - cause the deaths of customers, Batou and Togusa are sent out to investigate the gynoid company LOCUS SOLUS.

Soon they discover a conspiracy full of hacking and murder, as well as a practice called “ghost-dubbing,” in which the gynoids are given human souls. As impressive on the big screen as the first film and again with great music by Kenji Kawai, Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence is a must-see for any anime lover.
