How can I cancel my library membership?

Simply go to one of our library staff or send an email to Customer Support at info@forum.nl. Your membership cancellation will be finalised once you've returned all borrowed materials. Have you been a member for less than a year? You’ll have to wait until the end of your 12-month membership period before you can cancel your membership.

How do I know if a film has English subtitles?

Our website will state which screenings have English subtitles. If it's not listed on our website, a film most likely doesn't have English subtitles. Still unsure? Check with our box office staff before you buy your ticket.

Where can I find English-language films and activities?

In the What's On section on our website. You can also check out our Expat Cinema series and the Language no problem website.

Why don't all films have English subtitles?

Because Dutch is the language spoken in the Netherlands. Most Dutch visitors prefer Dutch subtitles on foreign-language films. And we can't provide bilingual subtitles on films, unfortunately.
