Inloopspreekuur: eerste hulp bij smartphone, tablet, laptop en computer

Tijdens het inloopspreekuur word je geholpen met je vragen over computers en hun software, tablets, smartphones, e-books en e-readers.

Medewerkers van SeniorWeb proberen je te helpen met je vraag en gaan samen met jou kijken hoe je dit in het vervolg zelf kunt doen.

Wij kunnen je bijvoorbeeld helpen met vragen over:

Het installeren van je smartphone;
Foto’s overzetten op je laptop;
Een app downloaden;
Hoe je naar een bepaalde website gaat;
Hoe je e-books op je e-reader krijgt.

Aanmelden

Aanmelden hoeft niet, want het digitale inloopspreekuur is gratis en zonder afspraak te bezoeken. Je bent van harte welkom! Kijk in de agenda hieronder wanneer en waar je ons vindt.

Het digitaal inloopspreekuur is een samenwerking van Forum Groningen, SeniorWeb Groningen en SeniorWeb Haren.

Praktische informatie

Voor sommige handelingen moet je kunnen inloggen. Vergeet dus niet om relevante inloggegevens mee te nemen. Je hoeft deze niet te delen met medewerkers. Het meenemen van opladers van apparaten kan ook handig zijn. Is je apparaat kapot? Dan kun je beter naar een reparateur.

Locatie

Het Digitaal Inloopspreekuur in het Forum aan de Nieuwe Markt vindt plaats in het Medialab - de ruimte bevindt zich op verdieping 1 oost, zodra je de eerste roltrap opkomt rechtdoor lopen (naast de Kiosk).

Landelijke DigiHulplijn

De landelijke DigiHulplijn is van maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 08.00 - 22.00 uur en zaterdag tussen 09.00-18.00 uur te bereiken op het nummer 0800-1508. Het nummer is gratis. Meer info lees je op digihulp.nl.

Beter leren computeren vanuit huis?

Wil je beter leren omgaan met de computer, tablet of smartphone? Bijvoorbeeld om e-mails te versturen, foto's te bewerken of WhatsApp te gebruiken en nog veel meer. Dat kan ook vanuit huis, met de online (gratis) cusus van SeniorWeb.
