A sharp, satirical romcom about a married woman from an intellectual background who falls head over heels for her wildly attractive contractor.
Sophia is a philosophy professor from a wealthy family and has been married to the equally well-read Xavier for ten years. They have a good, but sexless marriage and are now more friends than lovers. When Sophia meets the contractor Sylvain to discuss the renovation of a dilapidated chalet, it is love at first sight and sparks fly. But Sylvain comes from a working-class family and has a completely different background than Sophia, which makes her doubt her own beliefs and ambitions.
